Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Assembly Operative to join the General Assembly team in the LE3 area. The role offers training with potential progression to a Team Leader position, and a 4 on 4 off schedule with 06:00–18:00 shifts.

You will learn a wide range of products, work at pace, and contribute to timely order completion. A TL allowance (£1/hr) applies when acting as Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading a team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble intricate products accurately and efficiently.
• Lead the assembly team when required and oversee LN System.
• Support and contribute to timely order completion.
