Location: Bristol, BS1
Job Role: Assembly Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm & Friday 8.00am-3.30pm
Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per annum DOE
Role Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Optimise distribution of jobs delivered to Assembly in line with staff capabilities and Planning priorities.
  • Proactively managing resources to support ‘Rapid Response’ work orders.
  • Coordinate training amongst the work schedules.
  • To provide supervision, support, guidance, and empowerment to the Assembly staff.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and consistent practices throughout the department.
  • Management and delivery of department targets.
  • Upholding company policies for Health and Safety and ensuring Assembly representation at the H&S committee forum.
Requirements
  • Strong communicator

  • Excellent time keeping and deadline management.
  • IT competent including an understanding of data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory Management qualification desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Proven experience and competency in a supervisory / managerial position.
