Job description

For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pit crew searching for the ultimate repeatable pit stop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists. Much of our success is thanks to the diversity of thought and spectrum of skill sets held within the team, our ability to recognise unique contributions from individual team members is just a part of why we love what we do.

From cycles to hypercars and everything in between, with Red Bull Advanced Technologies the possibilities are limitless. 3. Work closely with the RBAT Assembly Group Leader throughout the shift to understand and manage workload and deliverables with their resource/capacity and ensure the manufacturing business system is kept live and accurate.
  4. Assist in the administration of RBAT Assembly Group workflow, engineering job resource (routings) with authentic operational timings, relevant to drawing revision.
  5. Liaise with the Composite Manufacturing/Assembly Groups & Production Controllers when department capacity is reached to reschedule/outsource tasks avoiding any delay to the assembly delivery schedule.
  6. Maintain data integrity and content accuracy within the parts control systems and group warehouse locations.

Key Attributes of the Production Controller candidate:

  1. Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding and mechanical assembly competence including the ability to interpret technical drawings and follow assembly processes and procedures.
