Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking motivated individuals for a fixed term contract at our Broughty Ferry manufacturing site in Scotland. Prior experience in manufacturing is beneficial, and full paid training will be provided to successful candidates.

You will rotate through different areas depending on business needs. Rate of pay is £13.38 per hour, with a flexible pattern (Monday to Friday) including day and back shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial; training provided.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to multiple areas.
• Flexible to a shift pattern including day and back shift.
• Technically minded is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety: adhere to Safe To Start processes and maintain a safe working culture.
• Quality: ensure high-quality products by following standard work.
• Delivery: maintain a fast pace to meet hourly targets.
• Inventory: keep workspace and equipment organized and 5S compliant.
• Productivity: maintain excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Support: assist Team Leaders and Operatives as needed.
• Culture: contribute to continuous improvement daily.
