Job summary

Catering is seeking an Assembly Operator in Worcestershire to join a busy production team. The role involves assembling components, reading basic drawings, and using small hand tools to meet high quality standards.

Hours are 39 per week with a Friday finish at 1pm; full-time, permanent position. On-site training, pension, cycle-to-work, healthcare and other benefits are provided. Salary ranges hourly and depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical or engineering drawings.
• Comfort using small hand tools and production equipment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
