The Best Connection is recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Telford. This role offers regular shifts, a trial period, and potential for permanent employment.

You will assemble products, use hand and power tools, and maintain quality throughout production. Applicants with manufacturing or production experience who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy environment are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude; willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assembling products to specification.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Following work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets.
