A thriving, modern manufacturing business based in Deeside is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Assembly Operators to join its dynamic team in the mechanical production of components made from steel, aluminium and plastics.

What you’ll be doing as Assembly Operator:
You will play a vital role in the production of high-quality mechanical components crafted from steel, aluminium, and plastics. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing tasks related to the manufacturing of mechanical components with precision and care.
• Utilising manual dexterity and practical skills to assemble parts.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Contributing to a continuous improvement environment to enhance processes.

What we’re looking for in an Assembly Operator:

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is required as well as previous experience of using hand and power tools
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
• Manual dexterity and a keenness to learn.
• Full training given.
• Ability to follow SOPs diligently.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be travel to and from site under your own steam, no replying on a lift or public transport etc..

You will be working 12-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 06:00-18:00.

This role is based in Deeside, Flintshire, with excellent transport links for candidates from Deeside, Chester, Wrexham, Mold, Ellesmere Port, Flint, Connah’s Quay, and wider North Wales and Cheshire areas. The location is ideal for those seeking manufacturing jobs, production roles, or assembly jobs in the region.

You must be able to drive or ride a motorcycle, we can not accept applications from people who can’t get to site on their own.

The company are investing heavily across the whole group. This factory is clean, very modern and is continually being upgraded.
