Company Overview

Our company has been operating for over 100 years in the manufacturing of precision electromechanical equipment and instrumentation. We are currently seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team, working together to meet production targets with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Duties
  1. Ensure health & safety and environmental precautions are followed, and maintain standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  2. Perform mechanical and electrical work, including soldering.
  3. Check and maintain tools and equipment, informing the Assembly Manager of any requirements.
  4. Assist with the introduction of new products, recording necessary information.
  5. Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement within the production environment, especially in the assembly area.
  6. Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the management team.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, eager to learn, and punctual. Cross-training to cover other operators and attendance at company training courses for further development are encouraged. Weekend work may be required.
