Join Our Team as a Temporary Assembly Operator!

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role within the engineering field? Our client is on the lookout for a Temporary Assembly Operator to join their fibre/hair testing laboratory team in Andover. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a knack for precision, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: Andover
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
Hourly Rate: 12.50 - Weekly Pay
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Flexible hours available between 7.30am and 6pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be an essential part of the Applications Testing Team, where you will prepare and assemble test samples with the utmost care and precision. Your contributions will help ensure the highest quality standards are met in our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare fibre/hair test samples following specified protocols.
• Accurately label, number, and track samples to ensure they are stored in organised batches.
• Maintain meticulous organisation and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
• Work under the supervision of the Applications Testing Team, ensuring adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
• Follow quality control processes to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent personal organisation and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a similar dextrous role-such as needlework, fine wire soldering, or electronics assembly.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and quality control processes.
