For the successful Assembly Operative, our client is offering:

  • £11.70 per hour starting salary
  • Day shifts Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
  • Temp to Perm position

The role – Assembly Operative:
  • Responsible for safely and accurately manufacturing pallets/wood products using the tools and equipment provided.
  • Ensure that you work at an optimum level to maximize output whilst complying with customer standards and design specifications.
  • Operating machinery
  • Quality checking
  • Following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
  • Working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Meeting daily production targets to achieve customer expectations
What our client is looking for in an Assembly Operative:
  • Previous experience as an Assembly Operative - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within pallets manufacturing or wood products - ESSENTIAL
  • Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing role
