Overview

Manpower UK is seeking Assembly Operatives to join a secure, classified manufacturing project in Coventry, based at Ansty Park. This temporary role offers up to £18.00 per hour, rising to £19.00, with a condensed four-day working week and an immediate start.

You will perform precision electronic and mechanical assemblies within a structured production setting, requiring strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Soldering skills are essential for this position.

Due to project security, candidates must be UK-born nationals with BPSS clearance and current UK nationality. This role is ideal for experienced production assemblers seeking consistent work in a specialised environment.

Contract Details

Monday to Thursday, 07:00–16:30, 36 hours per week (9 hours per day including a 30‑minute unpaid break). Every Friday off.
