Staffline Recruitment is looking for Assembly operatives for our client, a blinds producer based in Magherafelt.

Rate of pay: £21+ per hour

Working hours:

  • 12 noon - 10 pm Monday & Tuesday
  • 1 pm - 10 pm Wednesday & Thursday
  • 1 pm - 6:15 pm on Friday

Duties include:

  • Carry out assigned duties in line with the company's operational procedures
  • Ensure products are manufactured to a high standard with consistent quality
  • Work as part of the production team to meet efficiency, quality, and on-time targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Read and understand standard work instructions in text and pictures
  • Operate machinery and power tools safely and responsibly
  • Perform basic quality checks
  • Report to work on time and perform to the best of your ability
  • Work across various departments including production lines, aluminium processing, and dispatch
