Overview

Position: Assembly Operative

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Pay Rate: £12.75ph - £14.50ph

Hours: 37.5 hours per week — Monday to Thursday 06:00am – 15:45pm (Fridays off)

Responsibilities

• Assembly of parts and components
• Use of various hand tools
• Deliver projects to meet production targets as part of a wider team

Qualifications / Skills

• Assembly skills and experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Quick learner with good dexterity
• Ability to follow assembly instructions
• Ability to read engineering diagrams
• Attention to detail
• Paint spraying (not mandatory)

Desirable

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
