Assembly Operative

Details:

• Salary: £12.21 with increase after completion of all initial training and probationary period on site.
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm.
• Location: Central Bolton.

Acorn by Synergie are currently looking for experienced Assembly Production Operatives for their client, an award-winning company specialising in cable assembly, wiring looms, and control panels for the automotive, aerospace, rail and security industries.

The company is a long-established, family-run business who really care about their staff, and is based in central Bolton in a modern facility, offering an excellent working environment and accessible transport links.

Due to continued growth, this client is looking for several Experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives for work on a long-term basis to support the growth of their business.

Candidates for the role would ideally have:

• Experience of working in a production environment.
• A willingness to work and a good positive attitude.
• Experience in soldering electrical components and the ability to follow electrical wiring diagrams.
• Able to ensure products are finished to a high standard.
• Be dexterous as you will be working with small wiring components.

Full training is provided so although the experience above would be ideal, a reliable person who has a good attitude and is willing to work are the main attributes they are looking for.

The successful candidates will be involved in:

• Cable preparation.
• Crimping.
• Stripping / Snipping wires.
• PCB work.
• Heat shrinking.
• Assembly duties.
