Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our clients production team. This role is integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring that components and products are assembled according to established guidelines and quality standards. The successful candidate will help achieve production targets while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Assembly: Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently, following provided specifications and quality guidelines.
  • Machinery Operation: Safely operate tools, machines, and equipment used in the assembly process.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.
  • Workplace Organisation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met effectively.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any assembly issues or defects to the supervisor in a timely manner to prevent delays or safety concerns.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred.
