Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble intricate components with precision and consistency to luxury brand standards
• Follow work instructions and SOPs to complete daily production targets
• Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring zero defects
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with health & safety standards
• Communicate with team leaders regarding materials, quality issues, or delays
• Assist with packaging of completed items, including presentation and labelling
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies or suggesting enhancements
• Maintain accurate records of completed units and report any discrepancies
• Uphold brand values in every product assembled

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good level of maths to deal with measurements
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work methodically
• Good level of physical fitness (some standing and repetitive tasks required)
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is beneficial
• Strong team ethic and a proactive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet quality-focused deadlines
• Basic computer literacy; training on internal systems provided
• Committed to delivering high standards and craftsmanship
