- Salary: £27,000 - £28,500p/a depending on experience
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:- Assemble intricate components with precision and consistency to luxury brand standards
- Follow work instructions and SOPs to complete daily production targets
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring zero defects
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with health & safety standards
- Communicate with team leaders regarding materials, quality issues, or delays
- Assist with packaging of completed items, including presentation and labelling
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies or suggesting enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of completed units and report any discrepancies
- Uphold brand values in every product assembled
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good level of maths to deal with measurements
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work methodically
- Good level of physical fitness (some standing and repetitive tasks required)
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is beneficial
- Strong team ethic and a proactive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet quality-focused deadlines
- Basic computer literacy; training on internal systems provided
- Committed to delivering high standards and craftsmanship
