Night Shift - 3:30pm to 1:30am, with a 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

How You Will Contribute:

As an assembler, you will gather parts for each shop order, assemble parts and weldments, and perform quality checks to ensure final assemblies meet quality standards for our customers. Assemblers are also responsible for equipment, tools, minor maintenance, proper tool storage, and maintaining a clean workspace with 5S activities at shift end.

What This Role Needs:

• Ability to assemble various products following job instructions, blueprints, or supervisor guidance
• Good hand dexterity, familiarity with hand tools, basic shop math, and ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of welding, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus
• Adherence to health and safety rules, maintaining good housekeeping and 5S standards

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing for durations
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding fumes at times
