A leading kitchen manufacturer in Barton-upon-Humber is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor. You will manage the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring kitchen orders are efficiently assembled and dispatched. Strong IT and organizational skills are essential, as well as effective time management. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a commitment to health and safety protocols.

About The Role

We are looking for an Assembly Line Supervisor, based at our state-of-the-art factory in Barton. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Overall responsibility for the daily smooth running of the Assembly Line and Dispatch area.
  2. Ensuring all kitchen orders are assembled and dispatched efficiently.
  3. Conducting daily team briefs to communicate shift objectives.
  4. Delegating tasks carefully to avoid undue pressure on employees in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, including reading, understanding, and following the policies in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

  • Good IT skills, with strong experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality.

  • Effective time management.
