The Role
We’re now looking for a skilled Installation and Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brighton. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless deployment and upkeep of EMSOL’s air quality sensors and monitoring systems.
This position requires a hands-on engineering (hardware installation, electrical installation etc) professional who can collaborate closely with the Production Manager to assemble and refurbish our self-manufactured air quality sensors and conduct on-site installations and repairs of our sensors and video capture platform. It will require regular onsite travel, mostly national, but some international travel will be required as we are expanding. You MUST have excellent communications skills as you will be client facing at times.
You will have at least2+ yearsof experience in hardware installation, maintenance, or a related technical field and a related qualification such as Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Electrical Installation, NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services, AM2 Assessment or relevant qualifications in Higher National Certificates (HNCs), Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) or a foundation degree/BTEC National Diploma.
It’s essential that you’re comfortable working in a small, agile, growing business, where priorities will change quickly. You will also display the technical acumen to support both in-house production and field operations.
