Job summary

JCB World Headquarters is seeking an Assembly Group Leader to coordinate daily production activities, ensure safe, efficient operations and deliver the highest quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead, motivate and develop a team, drive continuous improvement, maintain SQDCPE metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer plans. The role offers a competitive salary, 33 days holiday, pension, onsite gym and other benefits.

• Experience leading teams in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating daily production activities to meet customer requirements and production plans.
• Monitoring and improving performance across SQDCPE metrics.
• Leading, motivating and developing team members to promote engagement and morale.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensuring full compliance with policies and Health & Safety legislation.
• Making effective decisions to resolve operational challenges and sustain production.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and operational excellence.
