Join Henderson Products Inc.,

located in Manchester, IA. We are the North American leader in designing, manufacturing, and upfitting multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control, and “Keeping America’s Roads Safe!”.

Day Shift - 5am to 3:00pm, with a 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

How You Will Contribute:

As an assembler, you will gather parts for each shop order, assemble parts and weldments, and perform quality checks to ensure shipping of quality final assemblies to our customers. Assemblers are also responsible for equipment, tools, minor maintenance, proper tool storage, and maintaining 5S standards at shift end.

What This Role Needs:

• Ability to assemble products following job instructions, blueprints, or supervisor guidance
• Good hand dexterity, familiarity with hand tools, basic shop math, and ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of welding, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus
• Adherence to health and safety protocols and maintaining good housekeeping and 5S standards

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding fumes at times
