Proactive Global, based in Sunbury-on-Thames, is seeking a Wiring & Assembly Technician to join our dedicated production team. You will work from detailed engineering documentation to perform precision wiring, soldering and electromechanical assembly on bespoke systems.

Ideal candidates will read electrical schematics and drawings, troubleshoot assembly issues, and contribute to high-quality finished products in a small, collaborative environment.

• Teamwork & Delivery: Work collaboratively within a small production team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship and product quality.

Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wiring & Assembly Technician to join our production team.

Our high-performance engineering systems are bespoke, designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements. As a result, this role offers a varied and technically engaging working environment, providing the opportunity to contribute directly to the manufacture of complex, high-quality engineering solutions.

The successful candidate will take pride in delivering precise, reliable workmanship and will be comfortable working from detailed engineering documentation within a small, dedicated production team.
