Job Overview

Our client, a growing business, is seeking an assembly/wiring operative to join their team on a permanent basis, assisting with daily production functions across a range of products.

Working Hours

2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Thursday
11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and basic wiring.
• Follow production plans provided by the production planner.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance; report issues to supervisors.
• Use resources efficiently to meet production goals.
• Ensure all items are quality checked before processing to reduce faults.
• Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with managers and directors.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Essential Experience

• Ability to perform tasks independently.
• Full training provided on products and procedures.
• Know when to escalate issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
