Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Watford is seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team. The role focuses on assembling products to required standards and following work instructions to maintain quality.

Pay is £12.71 per hour, hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, with full training and potential for permanent employment in a friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling products and components to required standards
• Following work instructions and quality procedures
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HAND TOLLS AND POWER TOOLS

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills
