Assembler Technician

Location: Office-based in Cressex, High Wycombe

Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday, 39 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking an Assembler Technician to join our manufacturing team at ELGA LabWater. Your responsibilities will include assembling high-tech products, consumables, and spare parts to quality standards, supporting timely delivery, and maintaining safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work routines and procedures accurately
• Complete assembly tasks within set timelines and quality standards
• Operate within Health and Safety guidelines
• Support continuous improvement and maintain 5S policies
• Develop technical skills for training others

Minimum Requirements

• Recognised manufacturing assembly qualification or relevant experience
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A-C)
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills (Excel/Google Suite)
• Understanding of mechanical assembly and safety practices
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
