Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is hiring an Assembler II for our Skipton, UK site. You will perform mechanical assembly with close tolerances, read blueprints, and operate power and pneumatic tools in a safety-focused manufacturing setting.

You will work as part of a team or alone, maintain a clean workstation, and continuously apply Lean methods to improve efficiency. Overtime may be required, PPE must be worn, and quality standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Detail oriented with fine and gross motor skills.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must wear/use PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly with high attention to detail and close tolerances.
• Read and follow blueprints/technical drawings.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Utilize Lean tools to improve the production process.
• Meet daily production rates and goals.
• Keep work station clean, safe, and organized.
• Participate in department projects and report issues to supervisors.
