Assembler

Location: State College

We are seeking an Assembler / Large Batch Operator / Mixer Operator / Batching Operator / Laborer to join a growing manufacturer in State College.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or directly for a manufacturer.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate large batch mixing and blending equipment following established procedures and production schedules.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and load raw materials based on batch sheets and specifications.
• Monitor process conditions (temperature, time, mixing speed) and adjust as necessary to ensure product quality.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including lot numbers and material usage.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing role; experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets and SOPs (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
