Job description

Holt Engineering are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client in Horsham on a Late Shift. This role is to start as soon as possible and is full time.

The role is working Monday to Friday 13:30 - 21:00, totaling 37.5 hours, and is paying £12.21ph (increasing to £12.65 after 12 weeks).

Our client are experts in innovation across multiple sectors including Aerospace, Building Automation, Energy and sustainability solutions, and industrial automation.

They offer a friendly and dedicated team with fantastic learning and development opportunities, and they are looking for someone who is committed to developing themselves within manufacturing.

Duties for this Production Operative position will include:
  1. Packing
  2. General Assembly duties
  3. Following drawings and using hand and power tools when needed
  4. Quality checking
  5. Operating Machines

To be considered for this Production Operative role you will need:
  1. To be committed to the employment contract
  2. Have a can-do attitude and the want to progress within your career
  3. Comfortable with manual handling
  4. Ability to read and understand work orders or drawings
