Associate Director - Delivery Manager is a hands-on project manager who works in an exciting, highly visible role within the Customer Experience and Innovation team. You will play a pivotal role in our Agile transformation working with our Innovation Team made up of product strategists and engineersto work on cutting-edge solutions for our customers across Moody’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your deep knowledge of the design thinking and Agile frameworks / methodologies to help teams and the organization at large understand how to practice agility
• Support the innovation leads in creating an environment that fosters high-performing teams
• Collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization and facilitate the adoption of standard intake, prioritization, and innovation processes
• Develop dashboards andmetrics to monitor, troubleshoot, collaborate to solve issues, and communicate impacts/progress to internal/external stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring successful delivery of outsourced components
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Understands product operating models, agile, design thinking and innovation frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management preferably in Fintech or data analytics environment
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, or MS Project
• Scrum Master certification and understanding of other Agile frameworks and waterfall methodology
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
