The centre educates students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As an Aspiring Therapist, you will support students with additional needs, including those facing challenges related to developmental trauma and neglect. These young people require consistency and patience, providing a perfect opportunity for an Aspiring Therapist to make a difference.
The role responsibilities include supporting students on a 1-1 basis, helping them maintain focus and stay on task. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to develop tailored lesson plans and work alongside dedicated therapists, psychologists, and behavior analysts to help students reach their full potential. Details:
The successful candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and confident in their ability to take initiative to provide high-quality care and support.
