Job summary

Term Time Teachers is seeking an Aspiring Speech & Language Therapist to support pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism as a Learning Support Assistant at a Crowborough school.

No prior experience is required; the role starts ASAP with 90–100 per day PAYE, term-time only, 08:30–15:30. On-site training and CPD are provided to support safeguarding and development.

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children with severe learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. No previous experience is required. Interviews are now taking place.

This Learning Support Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to work closely and network with other teams of professionals, gaining relevant experience, expanding your knowledge and skillset. This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and various Child Psychology routes.

If you have a Psychology / Criminology / Social Science degree, it's an excellent use of your degree
