Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and helping others reach their potential while maintaining high standards
  • Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Understanding food, health and safety standards, and managing kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
