• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building consistent, trusting relationships
• Help students manage anxiety, low mood, and school avoidance
• Promote independence, resilience and life skills
• Observe and record behaviour and progress to inform support plans
• Collaborate with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and external professionals
