TSG Trainee SOC Analyst role within the Cyber Care team offers a structured 12‑month programme to develop you into a competent Security Operations Analyst. You will triage alerts, handle identity and access administration for customers, and contribute to regular service reviews to help customers understand their security posture.

Qualifications

• Cyber security qualifications or certifications would be desirable.
• General working knowledge of IT systems, particularly Windows, Microsoft 365 and cloud identity.
• Clear written and strong verbal communication, customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Triage security alerts for multiple customers and gather evidence.
• Follow playbooks and runbooks, recording actions and findings.
• Escalate genuine malicious activity promptly to senior analysts.
• Assist with joiners/movers/leavers processes and access changes.
• Support quarterly service reviews with customers and prepare reports.
