The Ideal Therapy Support Assistant:

The successful Therapy Assistant will have some experience working with children. Experience working with vulnerable children or children who have additional needs will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be patient and keen to make a difference in these children's lives. You will be resilient and compassionate and be able to facilitate a fun and engaging learning environment for the students.

It is essential that you will be proactive and be able to take initiative, as many of the children in this school have personalised and tailored educational plans and you will need to change your approach to match the needs of the child who you will be directly supporting.

No need to worry if you do not have any ABA experience - the school offer training on Applied Behaviour Analysis. An excellent opportunity for those individuals who are aspiring Behavioural therapists or ABA Tutors.
