Job summary

AMA Admin seeks an Aspiring Psychologist - Learning Support Assistant in Ealing for a September 2026 start. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a daily pay of £115.90 and hours 8:30am–3:30pm from Monday to Friday.

You will support students aged 11–16 facing anxiety, SEMH, and EBSA, adapting approaches to developmental level and using visual supports and AAC where needed. This position provides a hands-on entry path into psychology, education, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate or Learning Support Assistant with interest in mental health, education, or related fields.
• Ability to support pupils with SEMH, EBSA, and communication needs.
• Experience or willingness to use inclusive, differentiated teaching approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support secondary pupils (11–16) to re-engage with learning.
• Assist with emotional regulation and relationship-building.
• Utilise AAC and visual supports to aid communication and learning.
