Job summary

Milk Education are recruiting for x3 Autism Support Assistants for specialist SEND schools in South West London. This full-time role starts ASAP and runs term-time Monday to Friday. You will provide structure, emotional support and guidance to students aged 11-16, helping them regulate behaviour and engage with learning.

You will gain practical experience relevant to Psychology, CAMHS and educational careers, building resilience, relationships with staff and pupils, and supporting SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Experience supporting young people in educational or care environments.
• Interest in mental health and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students.
• Help pupils manage behaviour and emotional triggers.
• Support focus and participation in lessons and build confidence.
