Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Junior Project Manager to join our Global Product Security team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive security initiatives, ensuring successful project execution.

The role focuses on building relationships with program managers and SMEs, documenting standards, and reporting metrics, while supporting workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business/management or similar.
• Proven track record delivering projects in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally in security/tech/operations.

Responsibilities

• Support build and maintain relationships with program managers, Global Product Security management, and SMEs.
• Draft improvement proposals and implement changes for greater efficiency.
• Maintain and standardize documentation and processes.
• Report performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
• Proactively resolve potential issues and propose solutions.
• Research industry standards and communicate updates on emerging technologies.
• Support with Program Manager workload to meet project deadlines.
• Support project/service meetings to understand scope and address concerns.
