Milk Education in Merseyside is partnering with a welcoming mainstream secondary school to recruit a Maths Early Career Teacher (ECT) to start as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Maths teacher to begin their career, delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive environment. You will work with experienced staff and focus on developing confidence and understanding while preparing students for GCSEs.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified teacher or training in Maths with QTS.
• Strong knowledge of secondary maths and GCSE foundations.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Differentiate instruction to meet learner needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress toward GCSE goals.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support development.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
