Job summary

Atradius UK is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects within an international IT environment. You will coordinate activities, track progress and help ensure deliverables meet scope, timelines and quality with guidance from senior colleagues.

The role suits candidates with 1–3 years’ experience, strong communication skills and a readiness to develop project management capabilities on a global stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience as Project Manager or in a project support role, preferably in ITS or business transformation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Azure Boards, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project).
• Proficiency in English; advanced Spanish recommended.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution under the guidance of Senior Project Managers.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, action logs, risk and issue registers, meeting minutes and status reports.
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify delays, dependencies or risks requiring follow-up or escalation.
• Coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions and actions, and following up with stakeholders on next steps.
• Contribute to clear, accurate and timely project reporting and alignment between business and IT.
