Job summary

RGH-Global | People Services is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join their wealth management team in a role designed to develop into a fully qualified, regulated Financial Planner. You will work alongside senior planners, gaining hands-on exposure to onboarding, client relationships, paraplanning, and research.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, with a pathway for professional qualifications and mentoring from experienced planners.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or above (any discipline).
• Some experience in paraplanning.
• Willingness to work towards Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with longer-term aims toward advanced qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central services to support planners and work with the wider team.
• Prepare client due diligence and onboarding documents.
• Organise client meetings, valuations and meeting packs, and manage planners’ diaries.
• Handle client queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records on planning software; manage invoicing and commissions queries.
• Support paraplanning through research, cash-flow modelling and report drafting.
