Job summary

RGH-Global is seeking a part-qualified Wealth Planner to join a supportive, growing team in Scotland. The role blends financial planning, paraplanning, and client service, giving exposure to wealth management while supporting senior Planners.

You will provide advice on less complex matters, undertake paraplanning tasks such as research, cash-flow modelling, and drafting suitability reports, and assist with onboarding, valuations, and client servicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 qualified (CII Diploma or equivalent).
• Paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Ambitious to achieve Chartered status.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of XPlan desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on less complex matters and support senior Planners.
• Undertake paraplanning tasks including research and cash-flow modelling.
• Draft suitability reports and support onboarding, valuations and client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain client relationships.
