Job summary

KPI Education is partnering with high-performing secondary schools in Brent to recruit a Graduate Unqualified English Teacher for a September 2026 start. You will gain hands-on classroom experience while pursuing a PGCE, SCITT, or School Direct training route.

This is a full-time, term-time role with a salary of £27,000–£30,000 per year. You will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, contribute to GCSE revision, and work within a supportive English department to develop classroom practice and

Qualifications

• A degree in English Literature, English Language or related subject.
• Strong academic record, with a 2:1 or above preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Support GCSE revision and examination preparation.
• Set and mark classwork, homework and assessments.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to students.
