Location: Bath
Salary: £85 - £90 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

A specialist SEMH school in Bath is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist looking to build a career in psychology, education, or mental health, and offers excellent education and training opportunities.



The Role:

As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who face challenges such as anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, ADHD, and autism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional and academic support, helping students manage their emotions, build self-confidence, and develop independence.

Each day will bring new experiences as you work in small groups or one-to-one with students, assisting in their learning while ensuring their emotional well-being.
