Job summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for St John Vianney's Primary School’s Early Learning and Childcare setting on the campus. The post is part of a growing team delivering rich experiences for children and families within a purpose-built space.

You will contribute to outstanding practice, be involved in equality and inclusion initiatives, and work with others to implement our behaviours of Respect, Integrity and Flexibility across daily work.

Qualifications

• Regulated work with children and/or protected adults under PVG (Scotland) Act 2007; PVG scheme update may be required.
• Overseas criminal record checks for time spent outside the UK in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences for children in the Early Learning and Childcare setting.
• Support positive change by involving colleagues and families in creating excellent practice.
