The role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

- Passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel, maintaining high standards
- Ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach on the go
- Knowledgeable about food, health and safety standards, and familiar with financial performance aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
- Enthusiastic about celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
