Job summary

Pertemps Education Network is seeking an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist to support students aged 11-16 at an independent SEN school in Quidenham, Norfolk. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a daily rate of £110.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic strategies. The successful candidate will assist in EHCP targets, support emotional regulation and help create a safe, structured learning environment, gaining valuable

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or currently studying.
• Interest in Clinical or Educational Psychology.
• Experience with young people or SEN is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and ASD.
• Assist in implementing EHCP targets and therapeutic strategies.
• Support emotional regulation, social communication and positive behaviour.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff.
• Help create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Observe and report on student progress and wellbeing.
