Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.
• Support the delivery of IEPs and behaviour strategies.
• Help pupils develop emotional regulation, confidence, and social communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams.
• Assist with structured interventions, sensory activities, and therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to observations and reports.
