Location:Swindon
Pay:£101.40 to £110 per day, Monday to Friday, term time only
Start Date:September 2025 – trial days and weeks taking place from Wednesday 3rd September and Monday 8th September
Contract:Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:00 pm), Temporary to Permanent (Until the end of the Summer Term, with the opportunity to go permanent)

About the Role:
You will work with students aged 4–16 who struggle with emotional regulation, social interaction, and educational engagement. Many have experienced trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and difficulties with authority. Your core focus will be onbuilding trust, fostering emotional resilience, and guiding students in positive behavioural change—preparing them for reintegration into mainstream education or society.
This is a specialist setting for children with EHCPs relating toautism, speech and language challenges, sensory needs, trauma, anxiety, depression, andassociated neurodivergent conditions.
