Greene King’s Chef and Brewer pubs are seeking an Apprentice Chef who loves food and aims to craft perfect dishes while thriving in a fast-paced service.

You’ll join a welcoming kitchen team with work-based training, a mentor on-site, and access to four Chef Academy masterclasses covering key cooking areas. Functional Skills in English and Maths are provided if needed, with regular reviews and guidance from your Lifetime Learner Coach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
